New evaluation: Diabetes UK

We are delighted to have started working with Diabetes UK on evaluating their new Live Well Move More service which aims to support people affected by diabetes to be physically active. The service will involve a number of different activities including helpline support, activity groups and a tailored suite of information resources. The evaluation will explore how the different elements of the service contribute to behaviour change and the ways in which people living with diabetes can improve their quality of life by increasing their activity levels. We will work closely with the target audiences for Live Well Move More to understand how barriers to being more active can be addressed and the implications of this for future service delivery.
