We are always looking to grow our network. We work with Associates on a project-by-project basis. We know that diverse teams lead to better work. As a result, as we grow, we are mindful of reflecting a diversity of backgrounds (e.g. ethnicity, gender and gender identities, sexual orientation, race, neurodiversity, social class, ability and disability). This is a work in progress for us at Cloud Chamber and we are open to suggestions and conversations about this.
